Dr. John J. Riehs, a native of La Grange, Texas, pursued his higher education and athletic interests at Oklahoma Christian University, where he excelled as a collegiate tennis player from 1990 to 1994. His outstanding performance on the tennis court earned him NAIA All-American and NAIA Academic All-American honors.

Graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Dr. Riehs continued his academic journey at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. During his dental studies, he was recognized as an Omicron Kappa Upsilon scholarship recipient and graduated magna cum laude, reflecting his academic and clinical excellence.

Dr. Riehs began his professional career in Edmond, Oklahoma, practicing general dentistry in a private practice setting. After five years, he decided to return to Texas to specialize in pediatric dentistry, earning his postdoctoral certificate from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2007.

Following his specialization, Dr. Riehs settled in Dallas, Texas, to focus on pediatric dentistry and raise his children, Jacob and Hayden. His dedication to providing specialized dental care for children marks the culmination of a career driven by a passion for both dentistry and community service.  During his free time, Dr. Riehs enjoys playing tennis and traveling with his children.

Olivia has over nine years of experience in the dental field, from assisting on the clinical side to helping in the front office. She joined our team in 2023, and though she primarily works in our front office, her RDA license is still active. Olivia works hard to ensure our patients’ and their families’ visits to our practice are easy and stress-free, coordinating with them to accommodate their schedules and keep our office running smoothly. She loves working with kids and seeing them leave Preston Center Pediatric Dentistry with a smile on their face.

Olivia has a very active 2-year-old son who keeps her busy. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, trying new food, watching movies and spending the day out and about.

Bridgette has over a decade of experience in illuminating smiles and nurturing patient relationships. Since stepping into the world of dentistry more than ten years ago, Bridgette has been on a remarkable journey, touching hearts and transforming lives through her dedication and compassion.

In 2023, Bridgette found her professional home at Preston Center Pediatric Dentistry, where she seamlessly merged her expertise with her passion for patient-centered care. With a warm and welcoming demeanor, she effortlessly connects with each individual, creating a comfortable and supportive environment where smiles thrive and trust blossoms.

Beyond the confines of the dental office, Bridgette’s adventurous spirit knows no bounds. An avid food enthusiast, Bridgette delights in the culinary arts, constantly seeking out new restaurants and flavors to tantalize her taste buds. From quaint bistros to exotic eateries, she savors each gastronomic experience, finding joy in the simple pleasure of good food and great company.

Jacqueline, who goes by Jackie, has been a dental assistant since 2009. Working in the dental field has brought her so much joy because she loves to help people of all ages. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her hubby, Miguel, and of course her fur babies, Bruno and Nino. She also enjoys volunteer work, such as teaching people about the Bible, home décor and her favorites include Anthropologie, Oreo cookies and Target, of course!

Leslye has been a dental assistant for nearly 10 years and graduated from her dental assisting program in 2015. She joined the office in 2018 and absolutely loves working with kids. Leslye is also a new mom, so when she is not at work, she is busy navigating the adventures of parenthood with her husband, Jose. They love trying out new restaurants, visiting the zoo with their little one, and exploring Dallas as first-time parents.
